Our vascular specialist Dr. Fredrick Southern joined forces with AVVA to offer a full spectrum of vascular treatment to the residents of Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina. A diplomat of the American Board of Vascular Surgery, he helped form AVVA after years of prolific service with the Navy. With the same commitment that he served proudly, he offer patients advanced vascular procedures delivered in a caring, nurturing environment. He welcomed the addition of Dr. James W. Rawles, III on October 1, 2019. Their office is located in Virginia Beach, VA.
