About the IAC Formerly known as Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories, the IAC vascular testing is a division of the IAC accreditation divisions that was created in 2008. The IAC provides peer review within the medical community and also develops standards and evaluations to provide appropriate quality of care.
